PolarPro DJI Mavic Air Katana Tray/T-Grip Combo
PolarPro DJI Mavic Air Katana Tray/T-Grip Combo | Handheld framing for Mavic Air
For ground-level moving shots with your DJI Mavic Air, this tray and T-grip combo offers a handheld way to frame a scene instead of relying on flight. The PolarPro DJI Mavic Air Katana Tray/T-Grip Combo is made for Mavic Air owners who want to use the drone’s camera in a different setting: think a slow walk through an interior, a low view along a path, or a steady move past a subject. The tray and T-grip format gives the setup a defined handheld arrangement, which can make it easier to plan those shots around your movement and framing. It’s a focused accessory for people who want another way to make footage with their Mavic Air; it isn’t a general-purpose camera support. If your aim is to capture a scene from the ground rather than from the air, this is the use its name and design point towards.
Specialist Note
The T-shaped grip gives this setup a distinct handheld format, so your attention can stay on guiding the shot rather than holding the drone as you move. The tray is the other key part: it’s the piece that makes this a Mavic Air-specific arrangement, rather than a grip chosen at random. I’d look at it for a slow interior pass or a low tracking shot along a walkway; keep your pace measured and your framing deliberate for a calmer result. It suits Mavic Air owners who want to explore ground-level footage. One honest point: its usefulness is tied to that particular drone and this handheld style, so it’s a specialist accessory, not an all-purpose support.
