Saramonic WM4C-MC1 | A replacement clip for 7 mm lavaliers
A lavalier without its clip is harder to attach neatly to clothing. The Saramonic WM4C-MC1 is a replacement or spare lavalier microphone clip, with a flexible holder for microphones measuring 7 mm in diameter. It’s intended for Saramonic lavaliers and also fits most standard lavalier microphones of that size. Keep one as a replacement if a clip goes missing, or as a spare for a lavalier used in interviews and presentations where the microphone needs to sit on clothing. The metal alligator-style clip fastens to a lapel, while the flexible holder supports the microphone. This is a small accessory with a specific job: holding a compatible lavalier in place, rather than replacing the microphone or wireless system itself. It’s relevant for owners of Saramonic wireless microphone kits supplied with compatible lavaliers, as well as users of the listed Saramonic lavalier ranges.
Highlights
- Replacement or spare clip: Keep a compatible lavalier ready to attach if its original clip is lost or damaged. The WM4C-MC1 is the clip itself, not a microphone.
- Metal alligator-style design: The lapel clip attaches to clothing, giving you a way to position a lavalier on a shirt or jacket for spoken audio.
- Flexible microphone holder: Its flexible, durable holder supports the microphone while the clip is attached to clothing. That combination keeps the microphone and clothing attachment together as one accessory.
- Fits specified Saramonic lavaliers: Compatibility includes the SR-UM10-M1, SR-UM9-M1 and WM4C-M1 lavaliers. These are supplied with Saramonic UwMic9, VmicLink5, SR-WM4C, UwMic10 and UwMic15 wireless systems.
- Works with other Saramonic lavalier ranges: The clip is also compatible with LavMic, LavMicro, LavMicro DI and LavMicro UC microphones, extending its use beyond the named wireless-kit lavaliers.
Specialist Note
This is a small replacement part, not a complete microphone setup, but that’s precisely why it’s worth choosing the clip that matches your lavalier. The metal alligator-style fastening gives you a clothing attachment for a lapel interview, while the flexible holder accommodates the microphone rather than leaving it loose against the clip. For a presentation, attach the supported lavalier to clothing so it stays positioned while you speak; the holder is specified for microphones measuring 7 mm across. I’d recommend it to owners of the listed Saramonic lavaliers who need a spare or replacement. Its compatibility is specific, so it’s best suited to those microphones and standard lavaliers of the stated size.
