The Miops Mobile Remote Trigger is an innovative device designed to seamlessly connect your camera with your smartphone (compatible with both iOS and Android) for wireless remote triggering using the Miops Mobile app. It utilizes the energy-efficient Bluetooth 4.0 technology, ensuring compatibility with smartphones lacking a 3.5 mm port, such as the iPhone X and Google Pixel. This device can be easily attached to your camera's hot shoe as it comes with a built-in 1/4" female threading. The trigger is then powered via a Mini-USB cable.
The Miops Mobile app offers a wide array of triggering options and settings. Your camera can remotely be triggered based on sound, light, or motion. Traditional triggering options like the lock function for continuous photos, timers, HDR, and even self-timers are also available. The app's scenario function allows you to combine standard and timelapse options. It features a user-friendly interface, making it quick and easy to select your preferred settings, thus allowing your smartphone to do all the work.
