Rollei Mini Digital Camera Black | Tiny camera, ready for spontaneous moments

Travel snapshots and family clips are easy to keep close with the Rollei Mini Digital Camera Black, a tiny compact camera that records full HD video at 30 frames per second. Its small format makes it a straightforward companion for everyday photos, trips and family moments, without the extra bulk of interchangeable lenses. Record a short clip of a day out, or keep the camera nearby for spontaneous snapshots at home. The built-in audio recording and webcam functions add options beyond taking pictures: capture a quick voice memo, or use the camera for a video call on your computer. It’s a simple, pocket-sized camera with a distinct appeal: a tiny camera you can bring along for the moments that might otherwise pass without a picture.

Built for the way you shoot

  • Integrated LED light: Use it as a flash for a picture or as continuous light while recording. The two modes are handy when you want a little extra light close to the camera.
  • Audio recording and webcam functions: Record audio separately, or use the camera for video calls on a computer. That gives this compact camera a role beyond photos and clips.
  • microSD card support: The camera accepts microSD cards up to 64 GB, with a card slot for storing your pictures and videos.
  • USB-C connection: A USB-C port provides the camera’s wired connection. The included USB cable is ready to use with it.
  • About 75 minutes of battery life: That’s useful for a short outing or a set of casual clips, though you’ll want to keep the charging cable handy for longer stretches.

Specialist Note

At 18 grams, this camera is light enough to keep on its supplied keychain, so it can be right there for an unexpected travel moment. I’d point it towards someone who enjoys playful, casual pictures rather than a lot of fine detail: the 2-megapixel still resolution is best suited to simple snapshots, not close cropping or large prints. For a family moment with a different mood, choose one of the five built-in filters—sepia for a warm, old-fashioned feel, or black and white for a more graphic look. It’s a fun little camera to bring along when the moment matters more than technical polish.

In the hand

At 5.4 × 3.1 × 2 cm, the camera has a very small footprint, and its 0.96-inch LCD gives you a compact screen for checking your pictures. That screen is best thought of as a quick preview rather than a large viewing surface. Its tiny proportions are part of the appeal, but they also mean the camera’s display won’t offer the roomy view you’d get from a larger camera.
