Ulanzi TT23 Auto-Tracking Selfie Stick Tripod
Ulanzi TT23 Auto-Tracking Selfie Stick Tripod | Follow moving subjects in tight spaces
At a crowded event, keep a moving subject in view without spreading tripod legs across the floor. The Ulanzi TT23 Auto-Tracking Selfie Stick Tripod is a monopod with auto-tracking, for people who want to follow action while taking up less space than a tripod. It’s relevant for filming at busy gatherings, and for sports or wildlife work where a long lens benefits from extra support. The tracking is especially useful when you’re filming on your own: you can focus on the moment instead of asking someone else to follow the subject. As a monopod, it suits situations where you need to reposition and keep pace, rather than leave a setup locked off. I’d consider it when space is tight and your subject won’t stay still.
Specialist Note
At a packed event, the TT23 solves the tripod-footprint problem while helping you keep a person in frame as they move. Its monopod format matters when you need to shift position: there’s one support point to manage, rather than legs taking up floor space. For solo clips of a presenter or performer moving across the scene, the auto-tracking is the part I’d lean on. For wildlife or sports with a long lens, use the monopod to support your framing as you follow the action, rather than expecting it to hold a fixed shot unattended. It suits people working on the move; it isn’t a replacement for a stable, hands-off tripod setup.
