Falcon Eyes Softbox RX-12SB For LED RX-12T

Falcon Eyes Softbox RX-12SB For LED RX-12T | A softer look from your RX-12T

What sets the RX-12SB apart is its specific pairing: it’s a softbox made for the Falcon Eyes LED RX-12T. It suits RX-12T owners who want to shape the light at the source for portraits, tabletop work or other subjects nearby. A softbox is used to spread and soften light, helping take the hard edge off a bare light source. The result depends on how you position the light and your subject, so it’s worth experimenting with placement. This model is white, with a simple, practical look among your lighting accessories. Its appeal is direct: if you use the RX-12T and want a softbox for it, the RX-12SB is the model named for that LED. It’s a focused accessory rather than a general-purpose recommendation for other lights.

Working with a softbox

A softbox gives you another way to shape the light on a subject. That can be useful when you want a gentler look than direct light gives, or when you’re building a simple lighting setup for a small scene. Start by positioning the light and subject, then adjust the angle and distance to see how the result changes. Small changes in placement can affect where the light falls and how shadows appear. The RX-12SB is best considered as part of a setup built around the RX-12T; the product name identifies that pairing. If that’s the LED you already use, this softbox offers a straightforward route to experimenting with softer light without changing the light source itself.
