JJC TP FT2 Flexible Tripod
JJC TP FT2 Flexible Tripod | Flexible support for steady shots
Without a tripod, you have to keep the camera steady yourself or find a surface to rest it on. The JJC TP FT2 is a flexible tripod for photographers and video makers who want another way to support a camera. It’s suited to landscapes, where a steady frame helps when you’re composing carefully, and to long exposures, night photography and astro photography, where camera movement can spoil a shot. It can also help keep video steady when you want a fixed viewpoint rather than handheld footage. The flexible format is the reason to consider this model: it offers an alternative to a conventional tripod when you want adaptable support. Think of it as a practical tool for still scenes and considered shots, rather than a promise of a particular load capacity or setup. If those are the kinds of pictures you make, the TP FT2 is worth considering.
Specialist Note
A flexible tripod won’t be my first suggestion when your priority is a traditional, rigid-feeling setup; the reason to choose the TP FT2 is its flexible format. I’d look at it for a landscape composition you want to hold steady, or for a night scene where handholding makes a long exposure difficult. For the latter, try a 1-second test exposure to check your framing, then adjust the shutter time to suit the scene. It’s also relevant for steady video when you want the camera to stay in one position. If those uses match what you shoot, this is a more considered buy than choosing a tripod by name alone.
