The SWIT KA-S21B is a B-Mount battery plate intended for V-Mount devices and cameras, making it a practical interface accessory for a rig that brings those two formats together. It’s suited to camera operators and video crews who need that specific arrangement in their kit. The benefit is straightforward: you can plan around a B-Mount battery while working with a V-Mount device. This is a specialist adapter rather than a general tripod part, so its value depends on having the matching battery and device in your setup. If your equipment uses a different arrangement, this plate isn’t the answer.

Where it fits in your setup

Think of the KA-S21B as the link between the battery side of a rig and a V-Mount camera or other V-Mount device. It’s relevant when you’re putting together a camera setup or a video-device setup that calls for this combination. The product is listed as a tripod accessory, but its defining role is the battery-plate connection; don’t choose it on the assumption that it adds a tripod mounting point.

Specialist Note

28.8V is the voltage figure to keep in view when planning this power arrangement. In practical terms, the KA-S21B is for a setup where the battery side is B-Mount and the camera or device side is V-Mount. I’d consider it for a camera rig or a V-Mount video device when that’s the combination your kit calls for. It’s a specific adapter, not a battery or a general-purpose power accessory, so it suits a clearly matched setup rather than a mixed kit with unknown connections. Keep the device and battery pairing in mind when deciding if it belongs in your rig.

Technical Specifications

Product: SWIT KA-S21B

Product kind: Tripod accessory

Type: B-Mount battery plate for V-Mount devices/cameras

Voltage: 28.8V

https://www.htf-store.com/de/products/swit-ka-s21b-ka-s21b-b-mount-battery-plate-for-v-mount-devices-cameras-28-8v
