It’s identified as a shoulder rig, and its name specifies a 95 mm stackable circular filter tray for Mirage. That combination makes it relevant to video setups where camera support and circular filters are part of the working arrangement. The 95 mm size and stackable design are the key details to consider when planning how it fits into your setup. This product suits video makers who work handheld and want their camera better supported, as well as those building a rig around the named Mirage filter system. Its best use is practical rather than broad: helping support a camera during handheld video work while serving as a tray for circular filters. If you’re assembling a rig, think about the support you need first, then whether this specific filter-tray format belongs in the setup.

Specialist Note

The 95 mm circular tray gives this rig component a specific job: it’s made around a defined filter size, rather than being a general camera support accessory. Its stackable design is useful when your Mirage setup calls for circular filters arranged in a stack; plan the filter arrangement around that format before building out the rest of your rig. I’d point it towards video makers working handheld who want extra camera support and also need this particular filter-tray format. For a walk-and-talk or a handheld interview, it belongs in a setup planned around those two needs. The honest caveat is that its 95 mm format makes it a specialised choice, not a general-purpose tray.

Technical Specifications

Product kind: Shoulder rig

Typical use: Handheld video work where the camera needs extra support

Filter tray: 95 mm stackable circular filter tray for Mirage

https://www.htf-store.com/de/products/tilta-mb-t16-scf-95mm-stackable-circular-filter-tray-for-mirage
