It suits film and video crews who use that timebar as part of their slate setup and need the holder specifically intended for that purpose. The product name is refreshingly direct: this is a timebar holder, not a timecode device in its own right. That distinction matters when you’re selecting a small studio accessory; it helps you identify the part you’re looking for without assuming it performs timecode functions. Its stated role is focused, which is also its honest appeal. If your setup calls for a holder for a Tentacle SYNC Timebar and digital timecode slate, this is the relevant item to consider.

A focused slate accessory

The name gives you the key context for this product: it’s designed around a Tentacle SYNC Timebar and a digital timecode slate. That makes it a specialist accessory rather than a general-purpose holder. For a crew member organising slate-related gear, the clear naming is useful when separating a holder from the timebar itself or from the slate. There’s no need to read extra functions into it; the stated purpose is the important point. I’d treat it as a simple, specific part of a slate setup, and choose it when that named timebar-and-slate combination is what you’re arranging. The exact attachment method and other setup details aren’t part of the product information available here, so this description stays with the role identified by the name.

Technical Specifications

Product: Filmsticks Tentacle SYNC Timebar Holder For Digital Timecode Slate

Product type: Timebar holder for a digital timecode slate

Category: Studio accessory

https://www.htf-store.com/es/products/filmsticks-tentacle-sync-timebar-holder-for-digital-timecode-slate
