The Kondor Blue KB-NR-35 is a monitor cage for a 3.5-inch monitor, intended for camera users who want a more considered way to incorporate that screen into their rig. Its best use is keeping a compact monitor housed in a cage rather than treating it as a loose accessory in the setup. The name also points to two practical details: NATO rails and an anti-twist design. Those features make this model especially relevant if your rig is built around NATO rail connections or if you want to reduce unwanted rotation at the cage connection. Space grey gives it a muted finish that sits neatly alongside other camera accessories. It’s a focused piece of protection for a specific monitor size, rather than a general-purpose cage for screens of any size.

Specialist Note

Does the KB-NR-35 help stop a 3.5-inch monitor cage from twisting? Yes—that’s exactly the job its anti-twist design is named for. I’d consider it for a compact filming rig where you want the monitor to stay oriented while you adjust your framing, or for a setup built around NATO rails. The NATO rail detail matters because it gives you a named connection style to plan around; the anti-twist part addresses unwanted rotation, rather than simply enclosing the screen. It suits anyone building around a 3.5-inch monitor. I wouldn’t treat it as a universal cage: its stated size is specific, so it’s best matched to that screen class.

Technical Specifications

Model: KB-NR-35

Product type: Monitor cage

Monitor size: 3.5 inches

Rail type: NATO

Design: Anti-twist

Colour: Space grey

https://www.htf-store.com/es/products/kondor-blue-kb-nr-35-monitor-cade-nato-rails-anti-twist-3-5-space-grey
