Rather than requiring a separate POCO adapter for every camera in a kit, you can use one POCO adapter and change the camera-side mount between setups. That makes this part relevant to cinema photographers working with POCO’s drop-in filter system, as well as anyone building a kit around more than one camera body. With the Z-mount fitted, the POCO adapter can serve as a PL mount adapter, or as a quick-change frame for compatible filters, which are sold separately. Those are useful roles on a cinema setup: use the adapter to connect your Nikon Z camera to the POCO system, then use the filter frame when your shot calls for a drop-in filter. The mount is sold on its own, so the POCO adapter remains a separate purchase.

Where this mount fits

Nikon Z camera connection: This mount provides the Z-mount connection between a Nikon Z camera and the Mofage POCO adapter. It’s the camera-side part of that pairing.

Interchangeable design: The mount can be changed between setups. That’s useful when you share one POCO adapter across camera bodies in your kit.

PL mount adapter role: The POCO lens mount adapter also functions as a PL mount adapter. This mount is the link from a Nikon Z camera into that setup.

Filter frame option: The POCO adapter can work as a quick-change frame for drop-in lens filters. The filters are sold separately, so they’re not included with this mount.

Silver finish: The mount is silver. It’s a simple identifying detail when sorting interchangeable parts in a camera kit.

Specialist Note

At a cinema camera prep table, this mount earns its place when the Nikon Z body is moving into a POCO-based setup. I like the shared-adapter approach: keep one POCO adapter for the kit, then add the camera-side mounts you need for your bodies. That means you’re changing the mount between setups, rather than buying another POCO adapter just for this camera. The silver finish also makes this piece easy to pick out among the kit parts. It’s a focused purchase, not a complete filter system: pair it with the separately sold POCO adapter, and add drop-in filters only if your shot calls for them.

What's Included

1× Mofage Interchangeable Mount (Z-mount)

Technical Specifications

Brand: Mofage

Model: Interchangeable Mount (Z-mount)

Type: Interchangeable camera mount

Camera mount: Nikon Z

Compatible adapter: Mofage POCO (sold separately)

Finish: Silver

Filter system: POCO drop-in filters (sold separately)
