TTArtisan AF 75mm f/2.0 - FullFrame - L-Mount - Silver | Focus on expressive portraits

The short-telephoto view is the defining choice here: it gives portraits a more focused frame without requiring you to work right up close. The TTArtisan AF 75mm f/2.0 is a full-frame prime for Leica L-mount cameras, with autofocus for keeping up as expressions and moments change. Its silver finish brings a distinctive look to a camera kit, while its portrait-and-event focus makes its purpose clear. It suits photographers who want a dedicated lens for people rather than a general-purpose zoom, especially for individual portraits, candid moments and smaller event details. The short-telephoto framing can help you give a subject more visual emphasis, though it calls for a little room to step back. It’s a considered option when people are your main subject and you prefer a fixed perspective.

Specialist Note

With autofocus taking care of focus, you can keep your attention on a changing expression instead of adjusting focus by hand. The 75mm framing is a natural fit for head-and-shoulders portraits; give yourself room to step back, then keep the person’s face prominent in the frame. For softer backgrounds or event portraits in subdued light, try f/2 and watch your focus carefully on the eyes. This lens suits portrait photographers and event shooters who want a dedicated short telephoto. One trade-off: in a tight room, the 75mm view can make group pictures difficult to frame.
