Falcon Eyes Buisklem FB-005-3 28 Tot 35 mm | A clamp for tubes in its stated size range

Falcon Eyes Buisklem FB-005-3 28 Tot 35 mm is a black tube clamp for tubes measuring 28–35 mm in diameter. It’s intended for people putting together a lamp-stand setup who need a clamp matched to a specific tube size. That defined range is the key detail to consider: the clamp suits a tube whose outside diameter falls within it. If you’re choosing between clamps, measuring the tube is more useful than guessing from how it looks. The FB-005-3 is a straightforward option when your setup uses a tube in that range and you want a clamp made for that fit. Its role is specific, which makes the size check important before you build it into your arrangement. There’s no need to infer a broader use from the name; start with the tube you need to clamp.

Getting the fit right

Measure the tube at the point where the clamp will sit, and use its outside diameter when deciding whether this is the right size. A label or description for the tube may not tell you the exact measurement at the clamping point, so a direct check is the clearest way to make your choice. Also think about where the clamp needs to go in your lamp-stand arrangement: the size range tells you what tube diameter it’s made for, while the layout of your setup determines where you’ll use it. If the tube falls within the stated range, this clamp is worth considering for that job. If your setup depends on a different tube size, this model may not be the right match. That’s the practical point to settle first.
