Hoodman CFast - 64GB 2.0 3700X - U3 4K

Hoodman CFast - 64GB 2.0 3700X - U3 4K | CFast storage for 4K workflows

Without a dedicated card, a CFast workflow has nowhere to save its files; this Hoodman card is made for that job. It’s a 64GB CFast card, with 2.0, 3700X, U3 and 4K in its title. That makes it most relevant to people looking for CFast media with those specific markings, including those shopping for a card labelled for 4K use. The honest point is that those labels alone don’t tell you how much footage you’ll fit: recording time changes with the camera’s settings and the material being recorded. So the capacity is a useful starting point, not a promise of a particular number of minutes. If CFast is the format your workflow calls for, this gives you a clear 64GB option to consider.

Capacity in context

Think about how you’ll use the card before deciding whether 64GB suits a shoot. A short session and a full day of recording can place very different demands on available space, and higher recording data rates use that space sooner. If you tend to keep several takes or longer clips on the card, plan around the amount of material you expect to record rather than relying on the capacity figure alone. The title’s 4K label is a useful search clue, but it doesn’t establish recording time or performance in a particular camera. Match the card format and requirements to the recording device and settings you use. That’s the practical step that matters most when choosing storage; the model name and capacity are only part of the decision.
