The Hama Fototas Hardcase Colour Style 80l Black is a hardcase pouch with an EVA outer shell, made for carrying a small compact camera and its memory cards together. Its compact size, 7.5 x 4.5 x 12.5 cm, makes it a neat option when you want a separate layer of protection rather than a full camera bag. The inside has a pocket for storage media, so an SD card can travel alongside the camera instead of loose among other belongings. Use the case to keep a compact camera contained in a day bag, or to separate it from other kit in a larger bag. The supplied carry strap also gives you another way to carry the case when it’s out of your bag. This is a straightforward, protective solution for small compact cameras: firm EVA on the outside, space for a camera and a small memory card pocket inside. Its defined size is also worth keeping in mind; it’s intended for small compact cameras, not larger camera gear.

Case details and carrying

EVA outer shell: The firm exterior provides a protective barrier against knocks. It’s particularly useful when the pouch is packed alongside other belongings.

Protection in a larger bag: The case keeps a compact camera separated from loose items that could scratch it. It’s a simple way to give the camera its own place in a bigger bag.

Inner storage-media pocket: A separate pocket holds memory cards, keeping them together with the camera rather than loose in the main compartment.

Small compact-camera fit: The case is intended for small compact cameras. I like the EVA outer shell for that job: it gives the camera a firm outer barrier when bags are packed close together, rather than leaving the camera loose among other items. The separate memory-card pocket is a thoughtful detail, too; I’d keep an SD card there so it stays with the camera when you head out for a day of sightseeing or a family gathering. The included strap is handy when you take the pouch out of your bag and want to carry it separately. Do keep its intended size in mind: this is for small compact cameras, not a larger camera body or a collection of lenses.

What's Included

Hama Fototas Hardcase Colour Style 80l Black

Carry strap

Technical Specifications

Brand: Hama

Model: Fototas Hardcase Colour Style 80l

Type: Protective case / pouch

Colour: Black

Outer material: EVA

Compatible gear: Small compact cameras

Storage: Separate pocket for storage media

Dimensions: 7.5 x 4.5 x 12.5 cm

Carrying option: Carry strap
