It’s photo paper in the A2 format, identified as 310G in the product name. The title also points to an etching style, though I wouldn’t claim a particular surface texture or colour character without more detail. That makes this a straightforward option to consider when you already know you want A2 paper and are comparing named stocks for a print. It may suit photographers preparing a small run of large prints, or anyone making work where the paper choice is part of the finished piece. The practical point is clear: this is a 25-sheet pack, not a single sample sheet, so it gives you room to plan more than one print.

Planning an A2 print

A2 is a substantial print size, so it helps to decide how the image will be viewed before committing to a print run. Check that your image is composed for the intended dimensions, and allow time for a test print if you’re still settling on the look you want. With 25 sheets in the pack, you can set aside paper for trials as well as finished prints. Keep your chosen print settings consistent across the run; changing them partway through can make comparisons less useful. These are sensible steps for any large-format paper project, rather than claims about a particular paper surface.

Technical Specifications

Product: Permajet Gallery Etching

Paper type: Photo paper

Weight designation: 310G

Paper size: A2

Quantity: 25 sheets
