Falcon Eyes Flash Tube RT-0828-160l For SS-150 (Oud) | A replacement made for the SS-150

What sets this flash tube apart is its specific pairing with the Falcon Eyes SS-150: it’s a replacement part for that flash unit, rather than a lamp to choose by appearance alone. It suits SS-150 owners whose flash tube needs replacing and who want the part identified by its own model code. A flash tube is the component that produces the burst of light, so choosing the right replacement matters when you need the unit’s flash function back for portraits or small product setups. This RT-0828-160l is listed for the SS-150, giving you a clear reference when matching it to your existing equipment. Its listed colour is white. This is a focused spare part, not a general-purpose lamp; its value is in having a specific model and flash unit to match.

Choosing the right replacement

Use the RT-0828-160l model reference when identifying this part, and keep the SS-150 pairing in view when sorting or replacing a flash tube. That makes it easier to distinguish this item from other loose lamps without relying on colour or appearance. If your flash unit is an SS-150, this is the model named for it; the product title doesn’t identify it for other units.

Specialist Note

A common mistake with replacement flash tubes is choosing by how the lamp looks, instead of matching the part reference to the flash unit. Here, the RT-0828-160l code gives you a specific identifier to compare with the part you’re replacing, while the SS-150 designation keeps the intended fit clear. I’d use this when an SS-150 needs its flash tube replaced and you want to get that unit back to producing flash for a portrait or a small tabletop setup. The listed white colour is handy as a visual detail when sorting loose lamps, but I’d rely on the model and SS-150 match for identification. It’s a specific replacement, not a lamp to assume will suit other flash units.
