Exposure is handled automatically via a CdS light meter, making it a true point-and-shoot rangefinder for film shooters.
Its quiet leaf shutter, bright viewfinder, and reliable electronics have made the C35 a cult favorite — often nicknamed "the poor man's Leica" due to its compact performance.
