The Sirui ST-224+VH-10 is an expertly crafted combo that includes the Sirui ST-224 tripod paired with the Sirui VH-10 fluid head. This setup offers a notable upgrade over the previous ST-124 model in terms of size, strength, and stability, enabling it to support larger and heavier camera setups with ease.
Constructed from carbon fiber, both the center column and legs of the tripod are lightweight yet incredibly sturdy and resistant to corrosion. The innovative triangular design of the center column allows for compact storage when the tripod is collapsed, making it perfect for transport.
The quick-release button facilitates easy removal of the center column, providing a lighter setup and the option for lower shooting angles. Moreover, the center column can be inverted and reinserted into the tripod for swift assembly. This feature proves to be much more user-friendly than traditional column locking knobs.
Switching between the 1/4" and 3/8" threaded ends is achieved effortlessly through the same quick-release mechanism. Rain, dirt, and dust are kept at bay thanks to well-sealed leg locks that maintain the integrity of the tubing. Additionally, the 1/4" and 3/8" accessory ports allow for the attachment of different accessories to enhance your shooting capabilities.
- Rubber feet and metal spikes come included, offering versatility for various surfaces. Simply retract the rubber feet to expose the spikes for use on softer ground.
VH-10 Fluid Video Head Features
The accompanying VH-10 fluid head is equipped with a damping system that allows for smooth panning and tilting, ensuring optimal shooting angles. Its telescopic handle adds further flexibility, and it can be mounted on either side for convenient operation.
