Sachtler SAC-9118 Bag Efp w/ Wheels
Sachtler SAC-9118 Bag Efp w/ Wheels | Move your tripod bag on wheels
The defining choice is wheels: this is a tripod bag made to roll, so moving your kit doesn’t have to mean carrying the bag for the whole journey. That’s a practical distinction when you’re taking tripod gear between a vehicle, a studio and a location. The Sachtler SAC-9118 is listed as a tripod accessory, and its name identifies it as an EFP bag with wheels. It suits camera crews and operators who need a bag for their tripod equipment and value being able to roll it along a route. Use it for the walk from the loading area to the set, or for moving gear around a studio. The useful point is simple: the wheels give you another way to transport the bag. They won’t remove the need to lift it where the route has stairs.
Specialist Note
At the studio entrance before a call, this is the sort of tripod accessory that earns its place in the gear plan. The SAC-9118 is an EFP bag, so it gives your tripod gear a dedicated bag rather than leaving it loose among other kit. Its wheels make a difference on a clear route from the vehicle to the work area: roll the bag along instead of carrying it for that stretch. I’d keep the model number, SAC-9118, in your equipment list so it’s easy to identify when organising your kit. It suits operators moving between locations; just plan to lift the bag on stair sections.
