The Kondor Blue KB-SFX3-BR-BK is identified as a Basis-Rig MkII for the Sony FX3 and FX30, giving owners of those cameras a clearly named rig component to consider. It’s listed as a tripod accessory, so it belongs in a camera-support setup rather than being a camera or tripod in its own right. That makes it relevant to filmmakers putting together a support arrangement around one of these two Sony bodies, especially when they want a camera-specific component rather than a generic item in a parts list. The Pitch Black version has a restrained look alongside a dark camera setup. Use the full model name when comparing rig components or planning a build: this product is identified for the FX3/FX30 pairing, not as a general-purpose accessory for every camera. Its appeal is that focused fit.

Specialist Note

For an FX3 interview setup, I’d begin by matching the rig component to the camera body, and this one is specifically named for the Sony FX3 and FX30. That’s useful if you’re planning a repeatable setup for sit-down interviews or small location pieces: choose the Basis-Rig MkII as the named component, then plan the rest of the build around it. The MkII wording gives you a clear version name when keeping track of parts in a rig plan. Pitch Black is a low-key color option if you prefer the setup to look visually consistent. I’d point this toward FX3/FX30 owners assembling a support rig, not someone shopping for a tripod itself. Its value is that focused camera pairing.

Technical Specifications

Product type: Tripod accessory

Camera system: Sony FX3/FX30

Version: MkII

Color: Pitch Black

https://www.htf-store.com/it/products/kondor-blue-kb-sfx3-br-bk-sony-fx3-fx30-basis-rig-mkii-pitch-black
