FeiyuTech G6 Plus
FeiyuTech G6 Plus | Smoother video while moving
Without a stabiliser, walking footage often shows the movement of each step. The FeiyuTech G6 Plus is a gimbal stabiliser designed to help keep video smoother as you move. It suits people who make walking shots, vlog while out and about, or want to film without staying planted in one spot. Its clearest strength is video on the move: it gives you a steadier starting point for following a street, talking to camera during a walk, or capturing a moving view. That makes it relevant to vloggers and anyone who values fluid footage more than a static setup. It won’t choose your framing or pace for you, but it addresses a specific problem: unwanted movement in video as you walk. If your filming is mostly static, its particular advantage may matter less. If you regularly walk and record, the G6 Plus has a clear purpose.
Specialist Note
For a 10-minute walking vlog, I’d keep my pace even and speak to camera in short sections; that’s the kind of moving footage the G6 Plus is meant to steady. I think of it first as a gimbal stabiliser, not a tool for improving the content itself: its job is to make walking shots feel less jolting. It also suits a moving sequence along a market street or a behind-the-scenes update, where you can keep recording as you walk rather than stopping for every clip. If your video is mostly static, its particular advantage matters less. And while it can help smooth movement, it won’t turn hurried steps into a polished camera move—steady pacing still counts.
