Falcon Eyes Magic Arm NCLG-30cl + 2 Veerklemmen

Falcon Eyes Magic Arm NCLG-30CL + 2 Spring Clamps: Hold a reflector in position

A reflector usually needs someone to hold it steady; the Falcon Eyes Magic Arm NCLG-30CL + 2 Spring Clamps has a total length of 64 cm, with a spring clamp at each end. It’s a straightforward studio support for photographers who need to position a reflector or hold an item between two clamping points. The 76 mm-wide clamps grip objects up to 40 mm thick, a useful range for studio panels and other items within that limit. Rubber on the clamps protects the surface they grip from direct contact with metal. You can use the arm to keep a reflector in place, clamp it to a suitable object, or fit spigot adapters into the 1/4-inch holes on top of the clamps. That last detail adds another way to connect studio accessories. It’s a simple mechanical setup, with the grip limit worth keeping in mind when choosing what to clamp.

Studio Clamp Highlights

• 64 cm total length: The arm spans the distance between its two clamps, so a reflector or other item can be held away from the point where the assembly is attached. That reach is useful when arranging a studio setup around a subject.
• Two 76 mm-wide spring clamps: There’s a clamp at either end of the arm. Each can grip an object up to 40 mm thick, giving you two clamping points for the setup.
• Rubber on the clamps: The clamp surfaces are fitted with rubber to prevent direct contact with bare metal. That matters when you’re gripping a surface you want to avoid scratching.
• 1/4-inch holes for spigot adapters: Each clamp has holes at the top that accept screw-in spigot adapters. This provides an additional connection point for compatible studio accessories.
• Metal arm: The arm is made of metal, with a 1.5 cm diameter. Its straightforward construction suits hands-on studio positioning rather than an automated support setup.

Good to know

The Magic Arm is black, so it has a low-key appearance among other studio equipment. Its 1.5 cm arm diameter is also useful to know when considering how it will sit alongside the rest of your setup. The clamp dimensions and 40 mm grip limit give you the practical measurements to compare with the item or surface you plan to hold.
