Iiyama 45IW LCD DQHD Curved VA KVM
iiyama 45IW LCD DQHD Curved VA KVM | A wide workspace with KVM convenience
If switching between windows or computers keeps interrupting your work, the iiyama 45IW brings a DQHD curved VA display and KVM feature together in one monitor. Its wide-format workspace suits desk-based tasks where you want documents, timelines or reference material visible side by side, rather than repeatedly moving between full-screen views. The curved design gives that broad layout a more continuous feel, while the VA panel is the display technology used here. KVM is handy if you work across connected computers and want to manage them through a shared keyboard and mouse setup. This monitor makes most sense for a fixed workstation used for focused, multi-window work, or for someone who regularly moves between computers at the same desk. It’s a purpose-built desktop screen; the appeal is the combination of DQHD, a curve and KVM, rather than a long list of extra features.
Specialist Note
Does the iiyama 45IW help when two computers share one desk? Yes—the KVM feature is the detail I’d look at first, because it’s intended to let you manage connected systems with a shared keyboard and mouse. For a work setup, that can mean moving from one computer to another without keeping a second set of controls on the desk. The DQHD format also gives you room to keep a long editing timeline beside reference material, while the curved VA display makes that wide layout the focus of the screen. I’d choose it for a dedicated workstation; it’s less suited to someone after a small, occasional-use monitor.
