Candido 50 Colour Film 135-36

Candido 50 Colour Film 135-36 | Colour film with 36 frames to work through

Rather than choosing a black-and-white roll, this is colour film: the Candido 50 Colour Film 135-36, labelled for the 135 format and 36 exposures. It suits someone who wants to make photographs on colour film and prefers to know the frame count before starting a roll. The clearest reason to choose it is that straightforward combination of colour and 36 frames. The name includes “50”, but that alone isn’t enough to identify a film speed, so I wouldn’t treat it as an ISO rating. If you’re selecting film by format and exposure count, those two details are plain in the title; if you’re deciding by a more specific technical requirement, the product name doesn’t answer it. That’s an honest limit to what can be said about this roll.

With 36 exposures, you have a defined number of frames to use. I’d go into a walk, outing or personal project with a loose idea of what you want to photograph, then leave room for an unplanned moment. There’s no need to rush through the roll, but keeping the count in mind can help you decide when to pause and make a frame carefully. Colour is the other clear part of the choice: think about the scenes you want to record in colour, rather than assuming this roll is suited to a particular look or shooting condition. Candido 50 Colour Film 135-36 is a simple option to consider when colour, 135 format and a 36-exposure roll are the details you’re looking for.
