SmallRig 5447 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Silicone Handle For Fujifilm X-E5 (Silver)
SmallRig 5447 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Silicone Handle For Fujifilm X-E5 (Silver) | More support for handheld video
SmallRig 5447 pairs an L-shaped mounting plate with a silicone handle for the Fujifilm X-E5. It’s made for X-E5 owners who shoot handheld video and want an extra point of support while recording. The shape and handle give you a dedicated grip to work with as you frame, rather than holding the camera without one. That makes it suited to short clips, informal interviews and other video work where you’re moving or adjusting your composition as you film. The silver finish gives the rig a distinct look alongside the camera. This is a focused accessory for handheld shooting, not a general-purpose support system: its main appeal is having the silicone handle as part of an L-shaped plate made for the Fujifilm X-E5. If you make video with that camera and want a more supported handheld setup, this SmallRig rig has a clear, practical purpose.
Specialist Note
People filming quick interviews, product demonstrations or short behind-the-scenes clips with the Fujifilm X-E5 are the ones I’d point toward this rig. The silicone handle gives you a more deliberate place to hold while you keep a subject framed, which can make handheld takes easier to manage. Its L-shaped plate gives that handle a defined mounting arrangement around the camera, rather than leaving you to find a comfortable grip on the camera body alone. I’d use it for moving clips where you want extra hand support while recording. One honest limit: it’s still a handheld rig, so it’s not the right tool for a shot that needs to remain completely locked off.
