Leofoto NP-600 Lensplate Kit 600mm For 2 Camera's
Leofoto NP-600 Lensplate Kit 600mm For 2 Camera's | Keep two cameras ready on one tripod
Spend less time changing cameras and more time ready for the next frame. The Leofoto NP-600 is a tripod accessory: a 600 mm lensplate kit intended for two cameras. It suits photographers who want two camera setups available at the same tripod position, for example with one camera ready for a wider view and the other for a tighter composition. That can be handy when a subject moves between compositions and you’d rather switch cameras than pause to change your setup. Its long format is the defining practical detail here; it offers room for a two-camera arrangement rather than serving as a small, single-camera plate. If you regularly work with two cameras on a tripod, this is a focused way to organise that setup. It’s less suited to someone who simply wants the smallest possible tripod accessory.
Specialist Note
600 mm is a substantial working length, which means this kit is aimed at keeping two cameras together on a tripod, not at making a compact travel setup. I’d consider it for a fixed position where you want one camera ready for a wide composition and another for a tighter one; set up each view before the subject arrives, then choose the camera that suits the frame. The two-camera format is the point, so it makes most sense if you’ll genuinely use both cameras in the same session. One practical consideration: a 600 mm plate needs more room than a short plate, so allow for that when planning your tripod position.
