It’s for Evoke 1200 owners who move their light between a studio, a storage space and a working location, and want a dedicated case rather than carrying the lamp loose. Its trolley format keeps the journey straightforward: roll it behind you, then use the top handles when you need to lift it. The interior is arranged for the light and its accompanying parts, so they travel together and stay organised inside the case. That makes it useful for taking the Evoke 1200 to a shoot, bringing it back into storage, or moving the kit between work areas. The grey textile exterior gives this case a different character from a rigid, weather-sealed flight case. It closes with a zip and is not water-resistant, so it’s best treated as a transport and storage case for ordinary handling rather than as protection from rain. The design is specific to the Evoke 1200, with built-in wheels, a pull-out handle and two covered handles on top for different ways of moving it. It’s a focused way to keep the light and its associated parts together, with the convenience of rolling transport.

Access and protection

Hard-case format: This case is intended for carrying and storing equipment where knocks, dust or rain are a concern. Its textile exterior is not water-resistant, so it shouldn’t be treated as a waterproof barrier.

Interior for the Evoke 1200: The space is arranged for the Nanlux light and accompanying parts. Keeping those pieces together makes it easier to move the lighting kit as one organised package.

Built-in wheels: Roll the case along rather than carrying its full weight for the whole journey. That’s useful when moving the Evoke 1200 between a vehicle, storage and a work area.

Pull-out handle: Extend the handle to pull the trolley, then stow it when you’re not rolling the case. It gives you a dedicated grip for wheeled transport.

Two covered top handles: The handles provide an alternative for lifting and repositioning the case. They’re useful when rolling isn’t suitable, such as when placing it into storage.

Zipper closure: A zip keeps the contents enclosed during transport and storage. The case doesn’t include a separate lock, so the closure is for keeping the kit contained rather than adding security.

Specialist Note

For lighting crews taking an Evoke 1200 between a studio and location, I’d look at this trolley case as a dedicated way to keep the lamp and its accompanying parts together. The built-in wheels are the detail I’d value most on a route where you can roll the case; pull out the handle and you can move the kit without carrying it the whole way. At the other end, the two covered top handles give you a way to lift it into storage or reposition it. The zip keeps the contents enclosed, but this isn’t a waterproof case, so I wouldn’t rely on it for rain protection. For Evoke 1200 owners who need organised transport and storage, its fitted interior and trolley layout make a lot of sense.

What's Included

Nanlux Trolley Case (Evoke 1200)

Technical Specifications

Brand: Nanlux

Model: Trolley Case (Evoke 1200)

Type: Hard case

Compatible equipment: Nanlux Evoke 1200 LED light

Exterior material: Textile

Colour: Grey

Transport: Built-in wheels and pull-out handle

Top handles: Two covered handles

Closure: Zip

Water resistance: Not water-resistant

Lock: No additional lock
