Pixel-Tech IdPhotos Pro is a Dutch-language passport photo program supplied on a USB dongle license, with one year of updates included. It’s intended for photo shops and other businesses that produce passport photos, including operators who sometimes work away from their main computer. The software recognises faces, sets the crop automatically and checks images against 15 official criteria. Its document library covers more than 280 document types across over 87 countries, with updates adding new documents and requirements. That makes it useful for preparing photos for a range of international identity documents, rather than relying on one fixed crop. For shop printing, the universal printer connection supports printers including DNP models. For Dutch driving licence photos, IdPhotos Pro is RDW-recognised and connects with the Pasfoto-organisatie API, preparing the image in Phocs for digital submission. The dongle activates the license on the computer it’s plugged into, so the same license can be used on a shop workstation or a laptop taken to an on-location session. The software’s checks support the workflow; the final image still needs to meet the requirements for its document.

Highlights

USB dongle license: The license activates on the computer holding the dongle.
