It’s a monitor-positioning product for people arranging an LCD or TFT screen beside a wall, and it’s best suited to setups where that floor-supported approach fits the room. Photographers reviewing images at a workstation, for example, may want the screen placed away from the desk surface; a reception or shared work area may also benefit from keeping the monitor in a dedicated position. The name tells you the essential idea, without making claims about screen size, travel or adjustment range. Think of it as part of the physical layout of a display, not an upgrade to the monitor’s picture. If you’re planning a setup, start by deciding where the screen needs to sit in relation to the people using it.

Specialist Note

For photographers who spend their working day editing images at a fixed station, this Iiyama lift is about arranging the screen around the workspace. The floor-supported design gives the installation a base at floor level; the wall-lift format is intended to position the monitor at the wall. That makes it worth considering for an image-review workstation or a reception desk where you want the display to have a defined place. I’d plan the viewing position first, then assess whether this floor-and-wall arrangement suits the room. One honest point: it changes where the monitor sits, not what the panel can display.

Technical Specifications

Brand: Iiyama

Product type: Floor supported wall lift

Category: Monitors > LCD / TFT Monitor
