ilford-elite-260gsm-gloss-a2-25
Ilford Elite 260GSM Gloss A2 25

Ilford Elite 260GSM Gloss A2 25 | Glossy paper for large photo prints

For large photographs with a glossy finish, Ilford Elite 260GSM Gloss A2 25 gives you A2 photo paper in a pack of 25 sheets. The glossy surface suits images where you want a reflective finish rather than a matte look, while the 260gsm weight gives the sheet a substantial feel in the hand. A2 offers room for a large print, so the image can be viewed at a distance or displayed where a smaller size might feel lost. This pack is aimed at photographers and print makers who want that combination of format, surface and paper weight for their chosen print project. The honest point to bear in mind is that these are specific choices: if you want a smaller print or a non-gloss finish, this isn’t the format or surface you’re looking for.

Choosing this paper

Think about the finished print first. A2 is the size to choose when the image needs more space on the wall or in a presentation; it also means setting aside enough room for a larger sheet while you work. Gloss affects the look of the finished surface, so it’s worth considering how and where the print will be viewed. Light reflecting from a glossy print is part of its appearance, and may matter when choosing a place to display it.

The 260gsm figure gives you a clear point of comparison when selecting paper by weight. The pack contains 25 sheets, a defined quantity for planning a print run or keeping a small supply for projects. Ilford’s Elite name identifies the paper range. Together, the details in the title make it easier to judge whether this pack matches the print size and finish you have in mind, without guessing at other paper properties.

Technical Specifications

Brand: Ilford

Range: Elite

Weight: 260gsm

Finish: Gloss

Size: A2

Quantity: 25 sheets
