Godox Power Cable C7 (UK) (Figure 8) 120cm

Godox Power Cable C7 (UK) (Figure 8) 120cm | A 120cm power lead for your setup

A misplaced or unsuitable power lead can hold up a studio setup when you simply need to connect your lamp. The Godox Power Cable C7 (UK) (Figure 8) is a 120cm power cable with a C7 figure-8 connection and a UK plug format. It suits photographers and studio users looking for this specific cable type, whether they’re replacing a lead or sorting out a power connection for their equipment. Its straightforward appeal is the clearly named connector style and a set length: you can compare those details with the connection you need, rather than guessing from a vague cable description. At 120cm, it gives you a defined amount of reach to work with. It’s a simple accessory, and the important thing is getting the connector and plug format right for your setup.

A quick fit check

When you’re choosing a power cable, start with the socket on the equipment and the plug format needed at the other end. The C7 and figure-8 names in this product title refer to the connector style, while UK identifies the plug format. Comparing those details with the cable you need is more useful than relying on appearance alone, especially if several leads are stored together. Then consider the cable run: measure the distance from the power point to where the equipment will sit, and allow for the route the lead needs to take. The 120cm length gives you a concrete figure to compare with that measurement. This is a specific cable rather than a general-purpose description, so the connector shape, plug format and length are the details to focus on.
