360fly Tripod Adaptor
360fly Tripod Adaptor | Keep your 360fly footage steady
A moving or shaky camera can spoil a landscape, a long exposure or a carefully framed video. The 360fly Tripod Adaptor is intended to let you use a 360fly setup with tripod support, giving you a steadier position for scenes where the camera needs to stay still. It suits 360fly owners who want to make static compositions or record video without holding the camera throughout. Use it for landscape views, night and astro photography, or long exposures, where movement during the shot can be especially noticeable. It’s also relevant for steady video when you want a fixed viewpoint rather than handheld movement. This is a focused accessory: its value is in tripod-based shooting, not in changing how the camera records. If you often set up a shot and want the camera to remain in place, it offers a straightforward way to bring tripod support into that routine.
Specialist Note
At 1/30 sec, even a small movement can soften a static scene, so I’d use this adaptor when I want a 360fly setup held steady for a landscape or a fixed video view. Its name tells you the job: it’s an adaptor for 360fly, and the product is listed as a tripod. In practice, that makes it most relevant to 360fly owners who prefer a settled viewpoint over handheld footage. For night and astro work, I’d use it to keep the camera still during the exposure; for video, I’d choose a composition and let the shot run from a fixed position. It’s a specific tool for tripod-based use, rather than an accessory for changing camera settings.
