ACT USB 3.0 10GBPS 60W USB-C (Straight) To USB-C (Left/Right Angled) 3M

ACT USB 3.0 10GBPS 60W USB-C (Straight) To USB-C (Left/Right Angled) 3M | Reach with a right-angle connection

ACT USB 3.0 10GBPS 60W USB-C (Straight) To USB-C (Left/Right Angled) 3M is a 3-metre USB-C cable rated for 10Gbps data transfer and 60W power. It’s made for someone who needs a straight USB-C plug at one end and an angled USB-C plug at the other, with room to route the cable between them. That combination is the point: the angled end can be useful when a straight plug would project in a direction that gets in the way, while the longer reach gives you more freedom in where the connected items sit. The title identifies the angled end as left/right angled, so pay attention to the direction that suits your setup. This is a cable for a specific connector layout, rather than a choice based on appearance alone.

When planning a cable run, the shape of the connector matters at the point where it meets your equipment. An angled plug changes the direction the cable takes as it leaves that connection; the straight plug has a different profile. That can help you choose how the cable approaches your setup, but it’s still worth considering the available space around both connection points. The 3-metre length gives you a longer run to work with than a short lead, though the best route depends on how your own equipment is arranged. For a straightforward buying decision, match the two plug shapes to the positions you need and consider whether the cable’s stated power and data figures suit your intended use.
