The Carson NV-200 is a digital, pocket night vision monocular. It's an affordable, handy accessory designed for night time observations. Despite its compact and lightweight frame, this night vision device packs all the necessary features to deliver optimum visibility in dark conditions. Its digital character also makes it suitable for both day and night usage. The monocular has been equipped with manual focus, diopter adjustment, and built-in infrared light functionality.

Its digital light amplification feature offers a broad field of view of 19 degrees, ensuring a wide span of the scenery can be seen with just a glance. In addition, it provides a standard optical magnification of 1x. The built-in infrarared amplifier, designed to increase its brightness and maximise its viewing distance, can be adjusted to three levels: 100%, 60%, and 30%, with the option to be completely switched off. The viewing distance with the monocular is over 150m under full moon conditions, and it can detect a person or animal up to 50m away in total darkness. Images are displayed in black and white to maximize contrast.
