The DJI Mic 3 Transmitter is a compact audio solution designed to deliver rich, professional sound for video creators without the need for bulky recording gear. It combines advanced features such as four-channel output, adaptive volume control, dual-level noise reduction, built-in timecode support, and internal 32-bit float recording.

Powerful sound in a compact design

Capture immersive audio with a transmitter built for flexible shooting conditions. The dual Adaptive Gain Control modes help keep your recordings balanced in a variety of environments. Use Automatic mode for changing outdoor scenes, or Dynamic mode for more consistent indoor sound.

Built-in noise cancelling helps reduce unwanted distractions, while three selectable voice tones let you tailor your audio to the scene:

• Regular for a natural, balanced voice
• Rich for a fuller, more powerful sound
• Bright for a clearer, smoother vocal presence

Designed for multi-person recordings

Record with up to four transmitters at once to capture multiple sound sources at the same time. The system supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz transmission with a wireless range of up to 400 meters, helping maintain a stable connection even in challenging environments.

Internal recording adds extra security, keeping your audio safe in case of transmission interruptions or device issues. Timecode support also makes post-production faster by helping you quickly locate and sync the right audio moments.

Long battery life and quick charging

Stay ready for long recording sessions with up to 8 hours of battery life on the transmitter alone. Paired with a fully charged charging case, you can keep recording for more than a full day. If the battery runs low, a quick 5-minute charge can give you up to 2 more hours of use.

Smart power-saving features help extend runtime even further. The transmitter can enter sleep mode when it loses connection to the receiver, then power back on automatically when the signal returns. You can also manage automatic shutdown settings in the Mimo app.

Flexible setup options

Expand the possibilities of the DJI Mic 3 with optional accessories. Use the DJI Mic Series Camera Adapter for compatible Sony cameras to enable 48 kHz 24-bit digital audio and four-channel output. The Mobile Phone Adapter also allows use with iPhone devices.

Optional windshields are available in multiple colors, making it easy to match your setup to your outfit or filming environment.
