EcoFlow Delta 3

EcoFlow DELTA 3 | Portable power for work away from a socket

Without a power station, keeping several devices running at a location usually means finding a wall socket or carrying separate power banks. The EcoFlow DELTA 3 stores 1,024 Wh in an LFP battery, with IP65 protection noted for the battery. It’s a portable power source for photographers and crews working away from mains power, as well as for anyone who needs a substantial supply for personal electronics. Use it to run camera chargers from AC power, charge USB-C devices, or keep several pieces of equipment supplied at the same time. The mix of AC, USB and DC connections means there’s more than one way to power your kit, while the app gives you Wi-Fi and Bluetooth control. That combination is useful when a single small power bank won’t cover a longer session or when several devices need charging together. The DELTA 3 also accepts power from an AC source or solar input, so you have two ways to replenish it. It’s a sizeable unit rather than a pocket accessory: at 12.5 kg, you’ll want to account for its weight when packing. For a portable station with a high-capacity LFP battery and multiple output types, that’s a useful detail to know up front.

Highlights

• Pure sine wave AC: Four AC outlets provide a combined output of 1,800 W, with a 2,400 W peak. That gives you a mains-style output for compatible equipment and AC-powered chargers.
• USB charging: Two USB-A ports support fast charging up to 18 W each, while two USB-C ports deliver up to 100 W each. The USB-C ports support several voltage levels, which is useful for powering compatible devices directly.
• Solar input: The solar input accepts 11–60 V at up to 15 A, with a maximum input of 500 W. It provides a solar charging option alongside the AC input.
• Long cycle life: The LFP battery is rated for 4,000 cycles while retaining more than 80% capacity. That rating gives a concrete picture of the battery’s expected cycle performance over repeated use.
• App connection: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support app control. You can manage the power station through a wireless connection rather than relying solely on direct access to the unit.
• DC outputs: Two DC5521 ports supply 12.6 V at up to 3 A. These provide a separate DC connection option for equipment that uses this output type.

Good to know

The casing measures 39.8 × 20.0 × 28.4 cm, so it’s worth allowing space for it in your transport setup. Charging is rated for temperatures from −10°C to 45°C. For AC charging, the input is rated at 220–240 V and 50/60 Hz, with a maximum input of 1,500 W. These physical and charging details help set expectations for carrying and recharging the station.
