Falcon Eyes Background Cloth BCP-03 2.9x5 M Grey Uitwasbaar

Falcon Eyes Background Cloth BCP-03 2.9x5 M Grey Washable | A generous grey fabric backdrop

Falcon Eyes Background Cloth BCP-03 is a grey, washable cloth measuring 2.9 x 5 m, for photographers who want a broad fabric background to work with. Its size gives you room to plan a wider scene than a small backdrop allows, while the grey colour keeps the background simple and easy to build a composition around. It suits studio photographers, portrait makers and anyone setting up a photo area at home who needs a cloth rather than a rigid background. The practical appeal is straightforward: you get a five-metre length and a washable surface. Just keep in mind that a cloth background needs enough room around it for the way you intend to frame your subject. The dimensions are the key detail to use when deciding whether it fits your setup.

Planning your background

Before setting up, think about the width and height you want visible in the final image, then compare that with the cloth’s 2.9 x 5 m dimensions. That helps you judge how much of the grey surface your framing will include. A close portrait and a wider view call for different amounts of background in the shot, so it’s useful to plan the frame rather than assume the whole cloth will be visible. The grey surface can also give you a restrained starting point when you’re arranging a scene; the subject and other elements can provide the stronger colours. Because the cloth is washable, it’s a practical option for a background you expect to use repeatedly. No complicated pitch here: its appeal is its generous size, plain grey colour and washable fabric.
