Godox CB-17 - Dividers For Changing The Roller Bag To A Camera Bag
Godox CB-17 - Dividers For Changing The Roller Bag To A Camera Bag | Organise a roller bag for camera gear
Without internal dividers, camera gear in a roller bag can end up sharing one open space. The Godox CB-17 is a set of dividers intended to change a roller bag into a camera bag, giving you a way to organise the space around your equipment. It suits photographers who already use a roller bag and want to arrange it for camera gear, rather than carry everything loose together. Think of it as an interior organisation solution: the purpose is to give camera equipment its own places inside the bag. That can make it easier to decide where each item belongs before a shoot and to put things back in the same order afterwards. The product’s job is specific; it changes how a roller bag is used, rather than adding a new bag to your kit.
Plan your layout
Before loading the bag, decide which items you’ll want to reach first. You could keep a camera body in one space and lenses in another, then reserve a separate area for smaller accessories. Use the dividers to make those distinctions inside the roller bag. This simple layout can help you see at a glance where each item belongs when packing or unpacking. It’s also easier to keep a consistent arrangement from one outing to the next when each piece of gear has a designated place. The CB-17 is aimed at organising a roller bag for camera equipment; it doesn’t change the bag’s role as something you roll from place to place.
Specialist Note
The CB-17 is a focused solution: it reorganises a roller bag, rather than being a complete camera bag by itself. That’s exactly why it makes sense if you already have a roller bag and want to use it for camera equipment. I’d arrange a camera body and lenses in separate spaces, so you can put the body away without having smaller items mixed in with it. For a shoot with a few different pieces of gear, decide what you’ll need first and give those items the easiest-to-reach places. The product is defined by its dividers and its roller-bag-to-camera-bag purpose, so it’s a practical pick when organisation—not another bag—is what you need.
