GREEN.L IR720 82mm Infra-Red
GREEN.L IR720 82mm Infra-Red | Explore infrared photography
Infrared photography lets you explore a different kind of image, and the GREEN.L IR720 82mm Infra-Red is made for that purpose. It’s an 82mm infra-red filter, with IR720 as its designation. Use it when you want to experiment with infrared rather than make a routine colour adjustment. The effect is a creative choice: it can give familiar subjects a different visual character, with the final look shaped by the scene and your approach to shooting. The 82mm size is also a straightforward fit check: the lens needs a matching 82mm filter thread. This filter suits photographers curious about infrared images and willing to make it part of their shooting process. It’s a specialist tool, rather than an everyday filter for general photography.
Specialist Note
For infrared photography, this filter lets you work with the effect at capture instead of trying to imitate it afterwards. The 82mm size is the practical check: pair it with a lens that has an 82mm filter thread, so the fit is clear before you plan a shoot. IR720 is the designation to look for when you specifically want an infrared filter, rather than a general colour effect. It suits photographers exploring infrared landscapes or architectural details; choose your subject deliberately and make a few exposure tests to find the result you like. I’d treat it as a specialist addition, not a filter for everyday colour work.
