Ilford Matt Cotton Medina 320GSM 5x7" 127x178mm 50SHEETS

Ilford Matt Cotton Medina 320GSM 5x7" 127x178mm 50SHEETS | A clearly sized pack for photo printing

Choosing photo paper can be frustrating when the format or pack size doesn’t match the prints you have in mind. This Ilford photo paper is identified as Matt Cotton Medina, in 5x7-inch sheets, with 50 sheets in the pack. It suits anyone who has already settled on that paper name and print size and wants a clearly specified quantity to plan around. The title also gives the dimensions in millimetres: 127 x 178mm. In practical terms, that makes it easier to match the pack to a print plan without relying on a vague size description. Its 320 GSM weight is another concrete detail to compare when choosing paper. One honest point: the title alone doesn’t tell you how it performs with a particular printer, so I’d choose it for the named paper and size rather than assume compatibility.

Choosing the format

The 5x7-inch format is the key decision here. If that’s the size you want to print, the dimensions make this pack easy to identify when comparing photo paper options. The metric measurement is given as 127 x 178mm, so you can use whichever measurement system is more convenient when planning your prints or organising paper sizes. The 50-sheet count gives you a defined quantity for estimating how many sheets you’ll have available; it’s useful to know that upfront when preparing a print run. Matt Cotton Medina is the paper designation in the product name, while 320 GSM specifies the listed weight. Those details make this a straightforward option to assess against your requirements. I’d check that the paper name, format and weight are the combination you’re looking for before choosing it; there’s no need to infer extra features from the title.
