Ilford Prestige Gloss 260 Igpgp 13x18 100V

Ilford Prestige Gloss 260 Igpgp 13x18 100V | A glossy finish for photo prints

For photographs you want to print with a shiny surface, Ilford Prestige Gloss 260 Igpgp 13x18 100V is photo paper in the 13x18 format. Its defining feature is the gloss finish: the surface reflects light, giving the print a different look from a matte one. It suits people who want that sheen to be part of how a photograph is presented, whether the print is for keeping, sharing or display. The product title also includes the number 260 and the marking Igpgp, details worth matching if you’re looking for this exact paper again. The format is clearly identified as 13x18. One honest point: gloss is a matter of taste. Choose it because you like a reflective finish, rather than assuming that gloss is automatically the right look for every photograph.

Choosing a glossy finish

A glossy surface is a visible part of the finished print, so it’s worth considering how you want the photograph to look when someone picks it up or sees it on display. Reflections can catch the light; that’s part of the gloss, not a hidden technical feature. If you prefer a surface with a sheen, this Ilford paper makes that choice clear in its name. The 13x18 format gives you a specific size to work with, while the other markings in the title help distinguish this product from similarly named paper. Keep the full product name handy when ordering again, especially the Igpgp marking and 100V designation.
