Ilford VCSELECT66M 17.8x24 100

Ilford VCSELECT66M 17.8x24 100 | Paper for a planned print run

When you’re setting up a print job and need a particular paper size, the product title needs to make the choice clear. Ilford VCSELECT66M is photo paper identified by the size 17.8x24 and the number 100. That makes it a specific option for photographers and darkroom workers who already know the paper name and dimensions they’re looking for, rather than shoppers choosing by an unverified description of how a paper will look or behave. The useful detail here is the exact product identification: Ilford, VCSELECT66M, 17.8x24, 100. I’d use those details to match the paper to your project notes or to identify the same item when you need to order it again. It’s a straightforward listing, and the honest point is that the title gives you identifiers, not a description of the paper’s printing characteristics.

For a print session, having the exact product name to hand helps keep your paper selection tied to the intended job. Compare the full title with the paper details in your notes, especially if you’re organising several materials or preparing to repeat a previous print run. The dimensions are written as 17.8x24 in the product name, so use that same figure when checking your planned format. The final “100” is also part of the listing’s identification and is included below as shown in the title. I wouldn’t read more into the letters in VCSELECT66M without reliable product information; the model code is best kept intact when searching or asking about this exact Ilford paper. If your decision depends on a particular surface, contrast response or printing process, those are not claims I can make from the information available here. This description sticks to what identifies the product, so you can judge it against the requirements you already have for your prints.
