Kaiser KAIS.10143 U.V.FILTER E43
Kaiser KAIS.10143 U.V.FILTER E43 | A dedicated filter for ultraviolet light
The useful distinction of the Kaiser KAIS.10143 is its specific job: it’s a UV filter, rather than a filter intended to change exposure or reflections. It suits photographers who want ultraviolet filtering and have a lens marked E43. That marking is the detail to match when choosing the filter; it makes this a more targeted purchase than a general-purpose accessory. For outdoor photography, such as landscapes or everyday scenes in daylight, the filter’s role is to filter ultraviolet light. The visible effect can depend on the conditions and the camera system, so it’s best approached as a purpose-specific filter, not a promise of a dramatic change in every image. If you know you need a UV filter in the E43 designation, this Kaiser model gives you a clear product name to look for.
Specialist Note
The Kaiser KAIS.10143 U.V.FILTER E43 is for one clear job: filtering ultraviolet light through an E43 lens fitting. I’d start by matching that E43 marking on the lens; the designation is what makes this particular filter relevant, and it also means it isn’t a universal fit. For daylight landscapes or outdoor scenes, use it when UV filtering is the aim, rather than expecting it to act like a filter that controls exposure or reflections. The name is refreshingly direct: Kaiser identifies it as a UV filter, and the model number helps distinguish this version. My honest advice is to buy it for that specific purpose, not for effects the product name doesn’t claim.
