Kingston 128GB DT USB 3.2 220MB/s Gen 1 Metal SE9

Kingston 128GB DT USB 3.2 220MB/s Gen 1 Metal SE9 | Metal USB storage for everyday files

The metal SE9 design gives this Kingston USB drive a metal finish, rather than making its defining feature a larger capacity or a different connection. It’s a straightforward option for keeping files on removable storage: 128GB gives you room for a sizeable collection, while the USB 3.2 Gen 1 designation and 220MB/s figure make speed part of the product’s appeal. The title doesn’t identify whether that speed refers to reading or writing, so I wouldn’t use it to estimate a particular transfer time. This drive suits someone who wants a named capacity and a stated speed in a simple USB stick, without needing extra features to decide. It’s best considered for storing or moving files where USB storage is appropriate. The honest trade-off is that the speed figure alone can’t tell you how quickly every job will finish; file sizes and the setup you use matter too.
