Kodak Eastman Kodak Ektacolor Pro 160 4x5 10SH | Ten sheets for 4×5 colour work

For making colour photographs on 4×5 sheet film, the Kodak Eastman Kodak Ektacolor Pro 160 4x5 10SH gives you a ten-sheet pack to plan a focused project around. It’s intended for photographers working in the 4×5 format, where each sheet can be treated as its own frame rather than part of a roll. That makes it a considered option for a portrait sitting, a still-life setup or a small set of carefully composed scenes. The name identifies the film as Ektacolor Pro 160; the format and sheet count are the practical details to begin with. If your work calls for 4×5 colour film, this pack gives you ten exposures to allocate. That’s a modest quantity, so it suits a defined session or a short project better than an open-ended run of photographs.

Planning a 4×5 session

With ten sheets, it’s worth deciding what you want to photograph before you load up for a session. You might reserve a few sheets for one subject and keep the rest for a second setup, or use the pack to make a compact series around a single location. The film’s 4×5 format is the key point when planning: it tells you the sheet size your project needs. Keep the product name to hand when organising your materials, too; “Ektacolor Pro 160” is the identifying name on this listing.

There’s no need to turn a ten-sheet pack into a large production. A simple shot list can help you use each sheet deliberately, especially if you’re working through variations in framing or subject placement. The honest limitation is the count: ten sheets give you room to work, but not endless retries. For a photographer already making pictures in 4×5, that can be a useful scale for a short colour-film project.
