Kondor Blue KB-FGFX1 Fujifilm GFX 100II Cage w/ SSD Top Handle Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-FGFX1 Fujifilm GFX 100II Cage w/ SSD Top Handle Space Grey | A more considered camera rig
Without a cage and top handle, you’re working with the camera body alone. The Kondor Blue KB-FGFX1 brings those two elements together for the Fujifilm GFX 100II, making it a considered option for owners who want a more deliberate setup for camera work. It’s listed as a tripod accessory, and the product name specifies an SSD top handle as part of the design. That makes it relevant when you’re building a rig around the GFX 100II and want a dedicated cage-and-handle arrangement rather than treating the camera as a bare body. The Space Grey finish gives the setup a distinct look, while the camera-specific name makes clear which system it’s intended for. Its strongest appeal is straightforward: a named cage and top handle in one accessory, for GFX 100II users who want to work with a more equipped camera setup.
Specialist Note
This won’t change the GFX 100II’s size or the images it makes; the reason to choose it is the handling arrangement. The cage gives you a dedicated frame around this camera, and the SSD top handle makes a top-grip part of the setup rather than an afterthought. I’d consider it for video work where you want to guide the camera by its top handle, especially for lower-angle framing, or for a rig that moves between tripod-based work and handheld operation. The honest caveat is that this is a camera-specific accessory, so its appeal is tied to owning the GFX 100II. If that’s your camera and an SSD top handle is what you want in the rig, this is a focused option.
