Kondor Blue KB-MB-SBS Matte Box 12" Security Network Mehrfarbiges Set
Kondor Blue KB-MB-SBS Matte Box 12" Security Network Multicoloured Set | A matte box with a distinctive set identity
Without a matte box, managing filtration and stray light at the front of a camera can mean relying on separate lens-front accessories. The Kondor Blue KB-MB-SBS is identified as a matte box set, making it relevant to filmmakers who want a dedicated matte-box option as part of their camera setup. Its full product name includes “12-inch Security Network” and describes the set as multicoloured, so the exact name is useful when you’re comparing or organising equipment. This is best approached as a specific product to match against the needs of your rig, rather than choosing it on its colour description alone. If you already have a plan for using a matte box, the KB-MB-SBS gives you a clearly named set to consider. The product details here don’t establish a particular camera or lens fit, so make that match part of your decision.
Specialist Note
When I’m labelling a camera kit, I’d keep the “12-inch Security Network” wording with the KB-MB-SBS name; it helps distinguish this particular set when you’re sorting gear. The matte box designation tells you its role: it’s for working at the front of a camera setup to manage filtration and unwanted light, rather than being a UV filter on its own. The multicoloured description can also help you pick out this set among equipment with similar names. I’d consider it for a video rig where a matte box is already part of the plan, but I wouldn’t choose it on colour or name alone—make sure the specific set suits your setup.
