Kondor Blue KB-SB-SRP-BK Sony Burano Cage Lateral Rosette Plate Raven Black
Kondor Blue KB-SB-SRP-BK Sony Burano Cage Lateral Rosette Plate Raven Black | A dedicated side rosette for Burano cage builds
Kondor Blue KB-SB-SRP-BK Sony Burano Cage Lateral Rosette Plate Raven Black is a lateral rosette plate for the Sony Burano cage. It’s intended for cinematographers and camera assistants building a Burano rig who need a rosette connection at the side of the cage. The name is refreshingly specific: this is a tripod accessory for a particular cage setup, not a general-purpose plate for reshaping any camera rig. Its role is to provide the lateral rosette component in that setup, making it relevant when your build calls for a side-mounted rosette connection. The Raven Black finish gives the part a dark, understated look on the rig. If you’re putting together a Sony Burano cage configuration and have a clear need for a lateral rosette plate, this is the focused accessory to consider. Its usefulness comes down to that defined job and fit, rather than a long list of unrelated functions.
Specialist Note
For cinematographers shooting dialogue scenes or interviews on a Sony Burano, this plate makes sense when your cage build needs a rosette connection at the side. I’d choose it for that specific position: the lateral rosette designation tells you where its role sits in the rig, while the Sony Burano cage naming keeps the intended setup clear. The Raven Black finish also keeps the part visually in step with a dark camera build. It’s a focused accessory, so I wouldn’t treat it as a general tripod plate; it suits a Burano cage rig that calls for this particular side rosette component.
